Screw that doctor. As I said in my note to you, only you know what is best for you. If an implant is what you want, then for God's sake (and your own of course) Get one now!!! If that is what you want, do not take no for an answer unless that doctor can offer a very sound reason for saying no. (Allergy to latex or something like that) I know that Kramer has given implants to people younger than you, and also to men in their 90's. If this is what you want, then never, ever, settle for a doctor who tells you that you are too young (or too old) for this procedure. That doctor does not deserve a license!!!
