After the butchers took a big chunk of me, I had to find a way to give my wife 100% of what I had left. I found it. I stand on the floor and pull her all the way over to the side... actually drag 1/2 of her bum off the bed. The top mattress of our bed is just slightly lower than my pelvis. OK, I have found a site that provides some good information --- especially regarding thrusting techniques.

The web site is named:
OMGyes -- the science of women's pleasure.

It teaches techniques based on real research, and it appears to be high quality information. Season 1 is mostly a teach on best ways to finger the clitoris. Season 2 has advice on ideal thrusting and angling during penetration. I suspect season 2 is the one us bionics can benefit from. The web site does cost 49 dollars to gain access, but it does seem worth it, if you want to become a "grand master sex god".

Good topic. Having 50 years experience on this subject, I'll share.
First, it really helps to start with a partner that likes sex & can have orgasms via PIV.
Tangerine's post above is very spot on. I call it grinding but I think a better description is to say enter fully, then try to go deeper but you're actually sliding up her pubic bone thus rubbing her clit with a lot of pressure. I liked it because this technic felt good but I was able to last longer.
I would change it up once in a while by swinging my pelvis right & left while fully in. That gives a totally different sensation to your partners G spot & cervix. A left to right rub vs an in & out rub. Don't under estimate a non normal internal rubbing motion, it can pay huge benefits.

I was thinking using a vibrating cock ring(those with a battery powered bullet on top )..the vibrating bullet would stimulate the clit strongly while the motion of the penis (as illustrated) adds to the pressure and pleasure.
