I had my implant on 10/12/16 and my revision on 12/29/16. Insurance paid its normal coverage - BCBS. I was out of pocket about $800 not including air fair, hotel, etc. I had already met most of my out of pocket so on the revision there was really nothing to pay. I used up my balance on the initial implant. Frankly, I felt kinda bad that they had to pay for a fix, but I guess it's all part of the insurance game.
62 years old. ED for years. High BP and meds have done me in. AMS 700 CX /3.0 cm RTE Implanted by Andrew Kramer on 10/12/16. Involved revision to relocate tubes and pump performed 12/29/16 by Dr. Knoll of Nashville, TN.
