Hi everyone, I'm 21 years old and have been suffering ed for three years.
My The greatest concern is
woman's perspective ( I worry they might be weird or even regard implant disgusting.)
yeah, I know I should not be afraid of surgery if the only way to treat is surgery.
But it's not easy to be cool.

I'm only 29 and nobody has thought it was weird. Some girls were intrigued. I haven't had it done yet.

Most women are more concerned about the man to whom the penis is attached than the penis.
Also, while the penis is important, it seems that she is more concerned THAT it works than HOW it works. So, a penis that works, whether by nature or chemical or mechanical means is ok.

Let me point out most emphatically that a MAN WHO WORKS is attractive to a self-aware woman regardless of how his penis works, the quality of his erections or lack thereof. Sure, a penis is like the cherry atop the ice cream sundae but the real "meat" of the sundae is the orgasm, which is attainable by many means.

I'm 43 and can tell you that I'm very glad that I got the implant. My wife is way more happy! My only advice is goto Dr. Kramer or Dr. Eid. My implant was done by Dr. Kramer and he is an amazing Dr!
Also women will not care! After you can go for hours drunk or not! The hardness is like a steel spike. A limp dick is a worthless dick... crude but so true...

So true Bubba and Lost Sheep and Joe,
My dick is hard and stiff on the inside but soft on the outside and my wife loves the feel.
A VED (which, by the way, you should never use on an implant)
made my dick hard like a statue and we both hated it! My venous leakage was so bad I had to use two of the tightest rings. Taking them off was ............!
