Hi guy. I too spent a couple hundred bucks trying to find underwear that fit my new bionic 7” flaccid titan. I went to all the websites and bought stuff that had my wife and my doc in stitches. I tried pouch underwear which admittedly were extremely comfortable but made me look like I was hiding a raging hard on. Nothing subtle about it. I tried the underwear that had my Dick straight up in its own sleeve and that didn’t work. 
no jock strap, no briefs, just regular boxers are the only things I can wear. It allows my dick to hang straight down my leg when pumped up about 5 times. Gives me just enough bulge to make my wife happy. It feels like free balling 
when I’m wearing shorts. So save your money guys and go for the 100% cotton boxers and let everything hang loose.
