One of my "professional" friends has become a "madam", and, for my birthday, proposed a "moresome" with her and 3 other girls. My "Titan" got a 90 minute workout like you wouldn't believe...... About half way through a fifth girl showed up and, just to be polite, I did her too.... Thank you Dr Perito and Coloplast..... And Humana....... I never dreamed "old age" would be so much fun.....!!!

You're going to wear that thing out in less than a week at that rate.

That's what I'm talking about.
I wish I could afford Kramer right now.
I could afford my local urologist, but Kramer is so highly recommended.
My local urologist guaranteed a loss of 0.25" and a 5% infection risk.

Isn't 5% infection risk on the high side?

5% is pretty high, and I'd be skeptical of any doctor who "guaranteed" anything. There is only one guarantee in medicine, and that is that eventually the time will come when medicine can'take help you any more.

There has been much progress made reducing infection with implants. Hospital sterility has improved. Technique in preparing patients has been improving. Drugs to prevent infection have been improved. The implant device itself has been improved and includes protection against infection.
Dr. Kramer hasn't had an infection in over 4 years. Other successful surgeons claim low infection rates such as .5 %.
I think it's worth the risk having this surgery.
