Hello All After scheduling my surgery ...I had just felt like I was ordering a massage ...Did I give it enough thought...Is the AMS700 a good implant....Will I lose size and not be able to have intercourse...Will I miss normal erections ( not rock hard but semi ones anyways when I could get them). I am getting it done at a world class hospital in Boston...Any thoughts Thank you some much in advance I am 54 pretty fit and want to enjoy a good sex life like all of us .

If you've done much reading in the FT Implants forum you'll see every one of your questions answered at length. In brief, if your surgeon is skilled and experienced it's unlikely you'll lose any length or have any complications; you will have a reliable, strong, firm erection whenever you want to, and your sex life will be as good as, or better than, it ever was.

Pumping with a VED, (for sex or solo) is highly recommend by yours truly. I lost no length with my AMS 700 CX. Start a journal of your 'bionic journey'. Keep us informed.
