There is nothing mechanical or unnatural about an implant erection. Because of the implant, my dick is already 'aroused' I just pump up a little at a time during foreplay. Implants feel incredible sucked while flaccid or erect. The only thing, unlike a 'healthy' erection, your dick doesn't go down after you climax. You can go on and on and on until she can't take anymore!
As far as young, I'm as potent as an 18 year old!
