Best implant with narrow cylinders

FT,

My penis has scarred corpora and an atrophied small glans from prior surgeries. It also has other deformities that have been there forever. These issues require an implant with narrow cylinders. Has anyone had success with AMS's 700 CXR, Ambicor or Spectra? How about Coloplast's Genesis?
