Have you talked to Dr. Kramer specifically and then were referred to Ms. Fisher? Some doctor's assistants help in surgery a couple times a week so that could be an issue. Not sure about your contact.

I don't have any suggestions other than keep trying. I did call his office about a year ago for information. I was told he was out of town but they gave me his cell number to call. I called, he answered, and we discussed my questions. Hopefully someone will have more specific information for you, he's worth the trouble IMO.

Kramer and I almost wrote a book together via Email and he is very in touch with his patients. He needs to know about his staff situation so I would email him directly and mention it, but not make a big deal. He may defend or make excuses for his staff (I don't know) but he also may do something about it. When I got ready to learn about getting an implant from him I did get responses from his staff. While not as obsessively prompt as he is, they did respond and take care of me. His address is Andrew Kramer akramer@som.umaryland.edu

Upper or lower case does NOT matter in email addresses, only with passwords.

Very good sir. Number 1 in customer service there. Fast, efficient and courteous. It is time to be calm now. The only issue now is the countdown. Cheers.

Have nothing but positive praise for Dr. Kramer and all of his admin. and OR staff. All of them were professional and very caring all the time. I traveled all the way from California to Baltimore to get the procedure done and will do it again when a revision is needed. Just hope he is still around.

I met with Dr. Eid for a consult regarding my revision. Both he and Dr. Kramer are absolutely top-notch experts. I think the logistics were a little easier (and less expensive) in Baltimore rather than New York. Although both have their problems. It was also personally more interesting for my family to visit D.C. than New York while I was recovering.

But - there are also a few other outstanding implant surgeons who aren't as well known (famous?). Dr. Kramer himself actually referred me to another surgeon who was in my local area. Now I know three fantastic implant surgeons.
