A single man with implant after almost 10 months

My situation with ED has been with me since the first time I was with a lady at 18. But it was more of a psychologically issue because masturbation was always fine.

Dr Kramer never answered my emails and messages, but Dr Karpman called next day and we made an appointment for 2 months later. So I had my surgery in the beginning of 2016.
He implanted me the AMS 700 LGX. No complications at all, following every step and instructions given by the Doctor. It was kind of hard at the beginning, but I could inflate it at near max before one month after the operation. Making love at about 1.5 months after surgery.
Mr Karpman encouraged me to have an early activation for the sake of size...well, I did not lose any, on the contrary, my length stood the same but my girth grew up significantly. Now I have to use European condoms ( "My Size" is the brand 64 mm) because the widest American Troyan strangulates me. Kudos for Mr Karpman.
What I am most grateful is that my libido has increased a lot because I perform with no worries. Now I can make love 3-4 times on one day, and last for hours (I am in my 50s) satisfying every and all women that I have encountered ( I am unattached for now). One day I had 5 orgasms (well, the last one took a while).
I know that I am politically incorrect to mention this, but now that I feel confident about my sexual capacity, I can get ladies very easily. Even if I want to, I can get married with even a much younger woman and be sure that I will satisfy her. None of the women that I have been with knows about my implant, only one of them asked me about something hard in my balls and she was satisfied with my explanation of that being a thing I was born with ( In my culture having an implant is a matter that you don't discuss with anybody. If I get a girlfriend or wife I will tell her but until it is too late. Again politically incorrect).
My word for anyone in here that is having doubts about getting an implant, please do it. Just chose a doctor with a great reputation and experience. I took the advice of this forum. Check Eid, Perito, Kramer, Karpman.Those are the ones I know about , but there are at least 6 others that are as good as this ones but I dont remember their names.
