Implant size reduction

Hi for all of you who have one of these did you realise any size in girth or length due to the implant. Larger or smaller?

If you've read the Implants forum you'll see all sorts of outcomes - some gain, some lose and some stay the same. There's no predicting what your particular outcome will be.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

Thanks for the prompt reply I'm working with PEGym right now for a year to gain both girth and length so if I loose any it won't kill me.
