Implants don't shrink in size, right?
Please explain.

Sometimes the patient has already lost size due to other medical issues such undergoing a radical prostatectomy (removal of the prostate).... Also, a lack of regular erections due to ED can result in a loss of penis size.

If a man has a penile implant he can have erections again but often doesn't recover what he lost due to his prior medical history.

My situation exactly. I had two years without erections following my radical prosatecomy in 2000, before I had an implant inserted. I lost an inch (like many, many guys who had RPs before the introduction of "penile rehab" did, I've discovered in prostate-cancer support groups through the years), and it had nothing to do with the implant -- which my wife and I love!

Inch lost before implant, bad news. Hard penis again after implant, good news! :D
Age 70, Baltimore area. Prostatectomy in 2000. My urologist (for over 20 yrs) has been Dr. Marc Siegelbaum of Chesapeake Urology and Chief of Uro. at Univ. of Md. St. Joseph Medical Center. He gave me an LGX, and I have regained my original length.
