Better than expected. Would rather have a naturally working erection for sure but since not an option I am 100% happy with implant!

100% satisfied and would do it again. The only reservation I would ever have about doing it again is checking out the doctor ahead of time.
Total ED since a 6/2010 RPA. Pills and injections didn't work. 2nd revision with a Coloplast Titan (24CM w & 2CM RTEs)on 12/15/2022. 68 years old

Like the others, 100%+ happy and would do it again in a minute. Made me feel WHOLE again and really enjoy seeing an erection.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.
