Hey guys. i want to thank everyone who replied to my first post. I am not only suffering from ED for the last 5 months but my penis has lost 1 inch girth and i lost about 1 inch in size aswell. I was about 5.5 inch length and 5 inch girth before this nightmare happened. This has caused me to be in constant state of panic anxiety and deppression. Honestly i have no idea how a penis could atrophy so quickly and n one seems to be able to explain why this is happening. my penis has retracted, My veins look like varicose, i have no sensitivity, rubbery feel to penis, anrogasmia. all of this happened after a masturbation while laying down. I have been to 4 urologists and 1 neaurologist and they have gave anti inflamatorries, 5mg daily cialis, and prostate medication. None have worked.

Viagra and Cialis worked for about a month at low dosage. but now not even 100 Mg of viagra works. i tried pumps and they dont work. I dont see the point of trying injections since im so young i might aswell get the implant. I have seeked the help of a pshychologist and psychiatrist and they can only suggest to learnt o live this way (which is impossible). I have a girlfriend who is being supportive which is the only thing keeping me going. but my penis seems to be getting in worse shape everyday. i dont know if anyone else has experienced this?

I know for a fact that im going through with the implant procedure. i have no other option. but im scared because my glands have become small and my flaccid state has become small aswell. i would like to know if there is anyone out there that has experienced the same kind of symptoms and atrophy in such a short period of time?

for people who have had their implant for a long time now. does you penis atrophy more and become less muscular? i also heard that your glands atrophy over time aswell is this true?

The amount of confusion and nonsense altogether in your posts is outstanding, like i told you before, yet you don't stop to think about it. Either you are trolling, or you are in a state of depression and can't see past that. Also, judging by your posts, you don't seem much interested in reading information on this board, because... that's a hassle, and it takes time.

You do need help, but for your head; not for your penis.

aside from whether this is real or trolling bullshit, let me answer some of your issues.

Yes your dick will shrink if you don't use it. Get a vacuum erection device and use it. If you desire an implant suck that baby with your VED regularly if you do not want have a dick the size of a cigarette.

Any doctor who prescribes prostate meds such as Proscar and such to a 25 year old is nuts in my opinion and inorgasma is a very common side effect.

If your prostate is swollen it is likely from the probe you stuck up your dick playing with it. It just needs to heal. You did not say you had issues peeing and that is what the prostate meds are for.
If you have an infection in your prostate from your recently acquired venerial disease, you need an antibiotic.

If you have tissue damage from damaging your dick trying to get off in the waffle iron the anti inflammatories such as prednisone ( cartiosteriods) do help reduce scaring and swelling to a point.

Too much about your post does not add up. Find a real doctor if you have a real issue. Your treatment and issues do not seem legitimate. Voodoo will not fix your dick.

I still think that you have a venous leak. I wish I could take the credit for that observation, but I stole it from one of the other (far wiser) guys on this blog.
You need two things pronto:
1. An appointment with a REAL Urologist. And at this time I would suggest a Urologist who performs surgery; especially penile implant.
2. An appointment with a psychological professional if the Urologist sees nothing wrong.

RCM900, I have never heard of the symptoms you reported to this extreme. From what I've read it's not uncommon for a man's penis to atrophy a bit from a lack or erections but not to the extent you report. This is why some members have expressed doubts about the legitimacy of your claims. Perhaps due to your admitted emotional state you have inadvertently exaggerated the position in which you find yourself. Still, I agree with other members who recommend that you see a top notch urologist who specializes in erectile dysfunction.

Get a pump and pump up at least twice a day to recover size. I pumped more to twice a days as the size gave me hope that sometime I would have a normal erection. After a period I did recover size when pumping and after I got the nerve for the implant I found who I felt best and had it done. Now going through process to expand my AMS/LGX and almost back to size. Have another three months to go but veery pleased. Rock hard, able to orgasm as before with no problem. Now I inflate twice a day and pump only 10 to 15 times for full inflation.

Look at Osbourne pump and use band to keep inflated for a period of time (not more than 30 min) to keep it stretched to max size. Helps a lot.

Find doctor your happy with and go for implant. Real nice having erection whenever you want. Like the old days except you can stay hard for as long as you want.
