New to this site. I'm having Dr Eid do my implant in a few months. I've researched the heck out of this topic BUT I would still like to know how hard an erection gets with the implant. Also. how well is it attached to the pubic bone? in other words, how much give does the implant have when it is pressed on as well as during sex? Any information would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!

My experience has been that my inflated penis is as hard as a natural erection was when I was younger, and it will give a little when pushing it down like it did naturally before my prostatectomy.

GREAT and THANKS! That's the answer I was looking for. I can live with an erection like the ones I had when I was younger.

My erection is very hard, unbendable. When fully inflated it stays put when making initial entry.

My cylinders get harder than a natural erection ever did. When inflated to as hard as they'll get, they don't feel natural.

I can hang a towel on my Titan when fully pumped.
About 14 squeezes of the pump.

I can hang a bath towel on my AMS 700 LGX. In my opinion, the most powerful variable in the success of the surgery is the surgeon. That decision is not the time for compromises.

The implant gives me an erection about three times harder than any erection I've gotten my entire life. With proper rte's (rear tip extenders) they are planted into the body with no problem.
