I'm just curious. How long, in minutes and seconds, does it take my fellow brothers with implants to go from soft to hard?

About 30 seconds for regular grade, 45-60 for premium.

For sex I squeeze the pump 15 times, for exercise 20 to 25 times.

30 seconds is about right for me, maybe tad less if using two hands....time in use, well let's say from 5 minutes to two hours. YMMV.
If all new, recipient and device, then I suggest one minute, perhaps a few seconds more. Both need some "break in" time.

After complete recovery, about 30 seconds.
If I am pumping to the absolute max for maintaining size then it takes about 45 - 60 seconds
