Don't know about post-prostate, but my doctor's office said they often see guys who had a venous leak be able to have a natural erection after implant. They said it has to do with the implant "sealing off" the leak, allowing blood to remain in the penis.

Today was a real good day for me. I was able to pump up, not sure if i got it the whole way because it sort of stopped and bulb got hard again. I kept it solid for 3 hours. I could have pounded a nail in. Even with the head being cut that sort of gave me a built in french tickler :D

No real pain once pumped and it is 6 long and 5 round. A lot of sensation around the tip and shaft area. What a milestone to stretch that out
Shabam, wife is running scared now LOL

i cycled really good last night with no real pain during, i get some minor pain where my Peyronie's hinge was. I am rock hard and made my wife cry.
I start week 6 tomorrow. I am heading out to Seattle for my Wednesday dr appt. It will be the first time I have seen him since surgery and will be interesting to get all the details. Last night I was able to deflate really well and that helped relieve some of the rubbing against the grafts. Looking back and knowing what I know now I was 90% inflated for first 10 days per Dr orders then my local urologist deflated me back to about 50% where I stayed for the next 4 weeks. Past 5 days I have been able to deflate it all the way.

I do have before and after pictures if you PM me with your email I will send them out. My Peyronies started as a hook to the left and over time actually had a 90% or more hinge back toward my belly button. Very straight and looks really good now.

In 2 hours I will visit with my surgeon here in Seattle. The trip out was a bit painful on the bottom. Sitting on that pump in my car for 8 hours sucks. today i have another 8 hours back after my appointment. I am taking rest of week off work just because I am sure I will be sore for another day once home.
For the most part I am in pretty good shape. I still have a sore spot where they grafted so i need to check with Dr about that since it does not appear to be implant-related.

I am hoping for follow up visits with my local uro in the future if needed.
The little pain i still have is manageable but annoying.
I cycled 5 times so far and am very pleased. Little sore after the fact but not during.

Check up went well. I learned a lot including the fact that the AMS do not auto-inflate as it appears to have been happening to me. It was not being properly deflated 100%. The Dr also stated that is the main reason for a hard bulb.

the process is to hold the deflate button down for 4-10 seconds then i was trying to SQUEEZE my penis. The DR took thumb and forefinger and PINCHED from under the head down the shaft to the base. He sort of flattened it much more. He stated i was inflated the first 10 days for 80% then my local uro deflated me down to about 20% per his instructions. So for 4 plus weeks i have been at 20% inflated. Once he did that it all looked really normal and was tucked away much better. He said since i was inflated to 20% it was pushing up against the graft and once he released it all it felt much better. He had me cycle it a few times to get the hang of it. I am able to resume sex once i feel up to it.

Just a quick update. I been cycling daily but tonight i was able to get it clean up to 6 inches with 0 pain. I am very pleased with it even if I did loose an inch over the past 6 years. It works and has 5-inch girth and is straight as an arrow. I can masturbate now with not much pain. I am just going to keep doing what i am doing and toss in a romp in the hay every so often until i am 100% pain free. My wife is away next week so I will just keep jerking and pumping until I am good to go. Thank god the internet appears to have an endless stream of free porn.

For those of you with peryones my curve was really bad like 100 degrees plus a left hook. It is now very straight and hard as a rock.. Still numb underneath which is common and was assured that will return to normal in a few months.

I am in awe of this process and while I have been dealing with some pain which appears out of the norm I am well on my way to a full recovery and active sex life.

Plication procedures for Peyronie’s disease alone is not the answer in my opinion and if you have the option pick grafting with implant. Very few Drs in the us will perform these together. It is a very complex surgery.
I had grafting and total reconstruction then the implant put in so a little longer to get there, but I managed.

Last night we had sex for second time. First time was last weekend and i did not get off either time but feel great about it.
First time was a bit sore prior, during and after and also did not pump to 100% or deflated 100% once done. Pump was difficult and it was fun but not what i hoped for after all these years of missed time with my wife.

Last night however she was just about to fall asleep when I rolled over and grabbed her hair LOL and whispered a few nasty things in her ear
It was on! and everything just worked. Pump was super easy and in 27 pumps i was ready to go.

I had to stop a couple times after she got off (3 times with one really long O) because the legs would not hold up..
We would stop and get water or a shower and i even took at 10-minute ball soak bath just in case. I was waiting for a massive amount of pain to return but nothing other then what i been feeling on a day to day basis. Each time as she was laying there i asked shall i return inflated or deflated?
We finally ran out of hot water and fell asleep. Her comments to me were very positive and she was shocked at how aggressive I was LOL.. i shrugged and said get used to it! Lots of texting today that included the word stud :) After work today she came home and been sleeping a couple hours now.

Really feeling good after all these years and certainly since surgery which was 6 and 1/2 weeks ago.

Some advice I could offer is work on cardio and walk a good bit before if possible. Your sex life will return at some # of weeks after surgery and you better be ready because your partner has been looking at your fatty for a few weeks now wondering when they would be getting some it.
Do not rush it, your body will tell you its time to go!
