So I'm two weeks post op, Everything is good and all, I have next to no pain. There's one thing that've noticed that does bother me, my head sort of points downwards, not much but it's noticeable, is this going to be a problem? Also, can't believe I haven't asked this question before but, what is it like to use a condom with an implant? I'm starting to get a bit worried regarding these issues.

Also, how long am I supposed to keep my penis up towards the abdomen? I've been sort of starting to having it down at times, I'm guessing that's not a very good idea?

My doctor urged me to keep my penis pointed up as much as possible the first three weeks and to inflate as much and often as possible after the first week and my first check up. You should ask your doctor for instructions. For me condoms are no problem because i do not need strong sensation, or any sensation, to maintain an erection.
