I've had mine for 7 years, which is not a record. However, I've never used mine, which in itself may be a record.

Mentor develope leak lost saline. Dr said replace with about the same

I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan in December 2007 and my wife and I have been thoroughly enjoying it for the past 7+ years.

My first one was used a lot and lasted about three and a half years. The second one wasn't used nearly as much and lasted fourteen years.

I had a Titan Genesis got it implanted in 06-07 I don't remember clearly but I had to replaced in 4/24/15 a line from the pump got damage 10 days before so I called my doctor in Fl and we got it Done Fast

now I have the last one in the market I love Titan devises super happy with my first one and I truly trust my doctor with the one he got me now-Titan Touch
I was 19 years old when I got the first implant I was 1 of the youngest one in the world

19 - wow! How is your experience with the implant, are you happy with the way it performs? Has anyone noticed that you have an implant?
Just curious to learn the experience of a young man which probably has had multiple partners, since most implant users are older men that have a long-term partner.
