After 7 weeks I was "activated" on Thursday and given the green light to go, go, go like a rabbit!

My doctor mentioned that the erection looked fine, but I did seem to have a lack of blood flow to the the head of the penis (floppy head syndrome) and the implant wouldn't correct this. He said it would be fine for masturbation but may be a problem for penetration. In essence, he hinted that the head may "fold back" as I thrust forward.
If I found it a problem he could easily solve it by putting a couple of stitches at the bottom of the head of the penis which would stop it folding back on itself.
So....some questions;
Has anyone tried the stitches option and how effective was it?
Would wearing a condom help with the problem? Would it give some structure to the head?
My doctor implied that the lack of blood flow to the head wouldn't improve. Has anyone experienced otherwise?
Thank you in advance, guys.
