in my case, i no longer get much engorgement, and though it is very variable it is never as full as it was before my implant. if i know ahead of time that i will be sexually active, taking a cialis seems to help measurably. naturally the level of sexual excitement matters greatly too!

Sort of a yes, but no answer from me. I would not say as good as a younger solid blood erection, but glans do swell. I agree with billt that amount of sexual arousal is key (not that is has not always been, perhaps just got aroused easier when younger). Although I do not visually ejaculate due to earlier TURP surgery, the glans seem to peak in swelling near ejaculation and the more serious the foreplay, the better. Although I am disappointed in the curve/bulge of cylinder in right side of flaccid penis, I am satisfied with inflated outcome from surgery, and personally, the cosmetics of the inflated penis, especially when glans show some swelling. My satisfaction is two fold, regardless of final length/girth, I can now have a super functional erection for more than a minute and the cosmetics of what is outlined in pants (in comparison from pre-surgery turtle) is such a ego boost (after decades of thinking I was so small).
I can not emphasis how much it means,at least in my case, to have, when inflated, a 'handsome", go until she says "calf-rope" penis. Although my type of orgasm (TURP reversal) is a bit unusual to GF, she is learning it, and does definitely appreciate non-loss of erection when she needs the "extra time".

Perhaps OT.....A couple of things I appreciate so much from my surgeons abilities, good insertion of cylinders into glans and position of pump low, up front (between room mates) in sack (one hand pumping when needed). I read of those who have more of a soft head on inflation, and those who struggle working pump down in place post-op, neither was a problem for me, nor was my recovery, so i know a plus of Dr. Morey's expertise.
