Delayed Ejaculation Problems

Is anyone having problems reaching orgasm? It seems it takes a huge amount of stimulation and a long time to accomplish it. Any suggestions?

After my first implant it took 4 or 5 months or so before I was able to achieve orgasm. After my second implant probably 3 months. I now have an orgasm most times but not every time...... But the orgasms I do have are unbelievably intense. Keep practicing!!!!
