Glans size and sensitivity

Postby chandlerman4649 » Thu Jul 17, 2014 10:58 pm

Hi guys. I had IPP surgery on August 6, 2013 so it has been almost one year ago. I am pleased with my choice of AMS 700MS LGX unit and the difference it has made in my flaccid and erect size.

I do have some questions:

- My glans does not become engorged with blood and although I knew there would be a difference after surgery, I am disappointed that the head of my penis is very small after I inflate the implant. My wife also doesn't enjoy touching an ICE COLD glans. Does anyone have any solutions that I might try?

- Also, there is almost no sensitivity in my glans and that makes it very hard to have an orgasm and ejaculate. It makes no difference whether I am having intercourse or masturbating. It also does not make any difference whether my penis is flaccid or erect. Again, any suggestions?

I will see my urologist/surgeon for my one year checkup in about a month but I would appreciate any suggestions or advise you guys would be willing to share.

Taking Viagra or cialis should help you get better blood flow to your glans, have you tried this?

wolfpacker,

I had someone else tell me that. I need to find a way to get some Viagra. I used to use it all the time before it stopped working but someone said that if I get a 100mg tablet and cut in into fourths, that should be just enough to get more blood into my glans. My problem is that I don't currently have a source for Viagra. Of course medicare doesn't cover it so my supplemental insurance won't cover it either and when I checked with the pharmacist he said that my cost would be $237.00 for 4 tablets. WOW :o

thinktank,

Thanks for the info. I checked out that site and there are so many choices. Which one do you recommend or have tried with success?

Bob. I have used this stuff.. Buy all generic viagra at 100 mg per tablet. You can cut it into how ever many pieces you need to get the result you want. I think I have also ordered silagra or something like that. Both work well.

Again, best of luck to you.
