Don't know if I should ask this here but I thought where else?
When I told her of the possibility that I would seek a penile implant she first of all didn't seem surprised but she asked a question I didn't have an answer for.
Her question was what does it feel like? I really didn't have an answer but I knew that some of you guys would.

Not really an unusual question ... it "feels" the same, since all the new hardware is on the inside. My wife of 41 yrs. says it feels the same, just slightly stiffer than before. No regrets at all ... sex is fun again and no more disappointments!

Well, from my point of view stiffer is good. I am sure she would agree too.

I'm 74, wife 44, 36 days post op after duel implant (AMS 700 & AMS 800) I've only used it 2 times for very light test, my wife thinks it's great, she said it feels the same and even better because of the instant control. I'm still a little numb down there, but getting better every day,very little discomfort and I believe I could pump to a 100% with no problem at all, my Doc will do that next week. The implant sure does wonders for one's confidence and ability.

From what women have told me it feels better and unless you told them they would not know. I am part of the show and tell group, I have let several wives with their husband feel mine, I believe it makes them feel better about it several have told me that.
