What kind of underwear

Before the surgery I could comfortably wear briefs and bikinis but with this constant erection before I pump it up. Seems like a constant hard on but very noticeable. I take a diurectic and sometimes I have to get to it quickly. I hate Boxers. How are you guys coping with the underwear issue. I have all kinds and have difficulty with them all. Thanks for you help. :D

i find the briefs with nice pouch and legs nice then topped with no leg briefs. seems pretty snug for me. The cosmetics of having to carry shaft belly up is a bit of hassle, but wearing shirt tail out visually concealed pretty good for me.

I wear John Sievers big natural pouch underwear. They are great for a well endowed guy and look and feel good.

I wear just regular briefs and I have about 4.5 inches in the flaccid condition 61/2 in the pumped up position. I have a Titian, are you sure you are getting it completely deflated?
