I had a prostatechomy in December 2010 and though ended up with severe ED, I remained completely continent. If I have the implant surgery, what is the likelihood of becoming incontinent?

Urinary Control after IPP?
75 years old, Severe ED since Robotic Prostatectomy in 2010. Titan implanted 2014 by Dr Milam. Titan failed (tubing leak near cylinder) May 2017. Revision by Dr. Kramer on 7/26/17. Replaced cylinders and pump - upsized to 22 cm Titan, 1 cm RTE.

LIke you I had no problem with incontinence following open surgery to have my prostate removed.
After the implant although there was still no problem with incontinence I did have to develop a better technique for clearing any excess urine out of the shaft

From my experience thus far (day 10) and research, I just do not think this will be serious concern. Go for it.

I asked my Dr. and he said "I've never seen this happen, it's not in the urinary tract nor is the device near the urethra"
