I will never forget the two or three days before my implant. I was a fucking nervous wreck. I wanted to talk with anyone and everyone that could communicate anything that would put my mind at ease. Yes it is great to be a man! I have the same thoughts sometimes. I think about how lucky we are that implants were available to us! I have never actually spoke to a person who has been implanted. To see someone and hear them converse about the implant would mean a lot. Especially someone who is young like I am.or someone who has had the implant for several years and can really converse about it.

I’m happy to Speak or show and tell. Or feel for that matter. I work in the medical
field and perform some other ED treatments so this isn’t something that I would be shy about. We are all here to help each other. I really wanted to know what it felt like flaccid and wasn’t able to have that experience before surgery. It was one of my biggest concerns. As well as the pump placement and how noticeable it would be. I have multiple sexual partners so it was a big concern being detectable.

I don’t need to talk on the phone but my procedure is on Monday 10/26. Any advice? I am getting the Titan so wondered if you could share what the first week was like and then, how was the flaccid penis like the first year? I swim laps every day and wondered if I can use my low cut suits! I think my Titan will be 22-24 cm estimated. I am also getting a scrotoplasty.

As far as I can tell, if you are getting something that big, it will be out there, lol:)!
In my experience, I could not wear any jockey underwear since my surgery this past March, but my circumstance is different. If I wore underwear, the slight pressure the underwear exerts was just too much for me. I was sensitive after surgery, I could only go commando, and believe me, every chance I got, if no one was visiting, my dick was sticking out of my pajamas or zipper, it was that sensitive.
You may heal a lot faster than most, then again, you may not.
