Certain names of surgeons keep coming up in threads, Eid, Clavell, Perito, Cordone. Has anyone heard of Dr. David Peters in New York?

I have no experience with him and his name does not come up on a Franktalk search but i was looking into him since he is one of only 2 Coloplast Centers of Excellence on Long Island. According to the Coloplast website:
"If a listing is marked as a Center of Excellence, the designation indicates that the facility is considered to be a leader in the field of men’s sexual health. To receive this honor, the facility must be staffed with the top urology physicians in the country based on criteria such as the number of procedures performed, contributions to research in the field of erectile dysfunction, and leadership in professional associations for urologic physicians."
I know Doctor's have to do a minimum number of implants a year to qualify for that designation but i can no longer find that number. I do remember it is well below 100.
On the positive side, he does have very good ratings on Healthgrades, but those ratings are not specific to implants. Was he recommended to you by another Dr?
Personally, for peace of mind, I would read up on Franktalk about the most important questions to ask your surgeon: number of implants a year, surgical approach, infection rates, etc, and get back to him with them. It would also be helpful to the community if you posted your thoughts/experience with him.

22 +1 titan. January, 2020 with Dr Eid. Failed January, 2023. Seems to be a break in the tubing.

Thanks for all the info! Will do. Found him on line and he was local and states on website he is “high volume” surgeon. Have been working with him for several months and I get a really good feeling. Patient, attentive, with me every step…

. But my doctor hire his best looking patient . He promised me that he will made full scale porn movie about implant before end of year

I live in Palm Beach county, Florida….and sometimes in Thailand. If anybody considering an implant in my area would like to talk personally, i’d be up for it.
Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.
