Has anyone been implanted with the Titan XL cylinders and how successful are they in maintaining your pre ED size?

I tried to pm southerngentleman but he never replied. I'm trying to gather as much information so I know what's what when I talk to a doctor. Right now I'm using a VED.

alan46,
The term "Titan XL" refers to cylinder sizes of 24, 26, and 28 ... and is mainly used to eliminate the use of RTE's (rear tip extenders).

Most URO's will use a "Flaccid Stretch Test" to determine pre-opt size ... The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your flaccid penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about the length size you will get from an erect Implant.

Note: your pre-ED or the size you obtain in a VED, has nothing to do with the actual size after getting an Implant. I would suggest you watch several YouTube videos on Penile Implant Surgery to see how the actual size is determined during surgery.
