Hi, My local Family doc arranged with Dr. MIlam to do the 2 week follow up, but Vanderbilt still wanted me to see the local Urologist just to make sure everything is OK. The local Urologist's office requested all of the records of surgery from Vanderbilt, and that has been done. I don't think there are any problems, but they are slow to cancel my Dec 29 appointment at Vanderbilt.
A few phone calls with Vanderbilt after my Dec 27 appointment in Mpls. will take care of everything. If I can save driving 1900 miles is OK with me. My 6 week appointment is still on a Vanderbilt.

Thanks
George

Hi, I apologize for the long vacation time from the website. When we left Vanderbilt, my penis had a small blister on the right side. It wasn't very noticeable at first but it started to get larger after a couple of weeks. I went to my family Doc.for the 2 week followup which was approved by Vanderbilt. He said everything looked OK. But just to make sure I called Vanderbilt, and they suggested that I see my local Urologist. He said it was a buildup of fluid that was under the skin, and It was just a part of this type of surgery. He said everything looked normal.
Thanks for asking about what I was doing. I wanted to make sure what was going on before posting on the website. I can't wait to get down to Vanderbilt on Jan 19, and get the equipment working again. Then the sweat pants are going to be thrown in the trash can, and I will start wearing my jeans again. The sweat pants make me feel like an old fart which I am at 64, but I don't want admit to.

Hi, I had my 6 week followup appointment with Todd Doran on Jan 19. Everything went very well. When he started to activate the pump in my scrotum for the first time, it felt like having a small tooth pulled. I think for a few seconds, I saw stars. Everything is going a lot better now, and the pain is considerably less.

Vanderbilt is a wonderful medical center. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to have this surgery when everything else stop working. If it wasn't for this website, none of this would have happened for me. It provided a very good learning curve on the subject of ED.

Thanks,

George

Ron: I will put it like it is. After getting back from Vanderbilt, I was taking a shower the next morning. So I did daily my obligation and pumped everything up. Yes it was sore, however it was the first time I was at full mast in years. It wasn't like being 18 again, but it really felt great not to feel sick from taking Viagra or using the injections. Trust me, I am sure you will be very happy with the final results. I am very happy with my surgery. It is the best thing I have ever done.
