Day 4 post-op cycling with pics

Postby wfr1952 » Sun Oct 25, 2026 11:12 am

I started cycling yesterday (72 hrs after surgery). The manipulations caused swelling that required icing for an hour or so before going to bed. Still had swelling this morning so iced again while having coffee.

Soaked in hot bath for 15 minutes then pumped about 10 or twelve squeezes of the pump, enough to smooth out the cylinders completely. As the pictures show, I have Peyronies. But, it is not so curved as it was. Getting it straight was not my goal, it got the job done before the ED, so I am confident it will now that it can stand on its own.

10 or so pumps to smooth out the dog ears

It’s harder than anything I’ve had in years.

Wow - surprised you got the go ahead to cycle so soon. I was allowed about 10 days after surgery but most are held back much longer. Looks like you have a good size result. Best of luck.

Wow, you're in excellent shape so soon after surgery! Congrats!

I’m sore, but blue balls I had when I was sixteen was worse.

The doc said to cycle ASAP to prevent scarring and loss of length.

I was average size to start, so I don’t want to lose what I had. I haven’t measured, but I think it’s the same. Showed my wife this morning. Her comment with a smile ; ‘baby, oh baby’ :P

I'm 2 days ahead of you and believe me, yours was a walk in the park. Check my photos. But it's getting better. Happy healing!

Yeah, everyone is different. Even on the same person. I had inquinal hernias done several years apart. The first was a walk in the park, the second one; I never felt so much pain until I had my rotator cuff repaired. Don't worry, do what the doc says. You'll make it. I haven't heard of anyone having to have their member amputated :D .

I just finished my second cycling of the day. It is my fourth time. It is getting easier. Took a better pumped picture and measured. I was 5.75" going into surgery, still 5.75" The tissue is still sensitive and gets swollen afterwards, so I ice it.

It looks great! Glad you didn't lose any! I've had very little real pain, luckily.
