Glans pain

I’m at the beginning of my second month post-op, and my glans is very sore. It hurts when I sit or walk because the tips of the implant cylinders are pressing against the glans, causing constant pressure and friction inside my underwear. I’m already wearing soft cotton boxers, so the problem isn’t the fabric itself but the pressure on the glans. Has anyone experienced this, and what can I do to relieve it?I completely deflate it but my titan doesn’t seem to deflate completely and still firm

I’ve lived with a titan for over 4-1/2 years and remember well my first few months and I’m now going thru the same thing with my revision. So while holding the release button wrap your hand around your member and hold pressure for a while and as you feel the cylinders going flat gently push into your body and hold this for a minute or so and then release button and let go. When I do this it deflates me so much that my dick goes flat and definitely takes pressure off the glans. It’s been suggested to wrap a washcloth around it so the pressure evens out and gives even a better deflate.
