Malleable Review and issues

Guys it has been 54 days today i have been implanted by Dr Raman Tanwar with Promedon Tube
Initial days i only faced minor discomfort
I never had any pain
Sex has been good so far
Concealment is easy as i have a very loose ligament
I can put it at 6 o clock easily
Infact how ever i keep it it goes down only
I was cleared at day 27 to start the activity
Have had it with minimum 15 women till now

In the beginning my length and girth were 6.5 and 5.4

But i have been noticing that i am losing girth now
It has come down to 5.1

Near glans i am 4.8

Can anybody with a malleable tell me what to expect ahead ??
Will i keep losing girth or will i get it back??
As Doctor had said that u will get 5.5 girth as he had shown immediately after surgery

Also i tell u i do ved once a week for 30 mins take tadalafil twice a week and L argenine twice everyday??

Will atrophy still occur??

My cause of ed is unknown
Mostly neurological what doctor suspects
