Surgeon intraoperative measurement 6 in. 21 cm cylinders plus 2 cm extenders. At 8 weeks (cycling since 4.5 weeks) measuring 5.25. 4.75 when cycling started. Maybe a hint of persistent suprapubic edema. Haven’t measured with stimulated glans. I assume my max will be 5.25 to 5.75 at 6-12 mos. Not a tragedy, just curious if anyone has seen more significant gains with this girth-focused device. Wife just happy I’m no longer neurotically crossing fingers for success of pills or shots.

Just my opinion. If you have 23cm of implant. Unless the RTE's are protruding into you colon. You should get past the 5.5" lenght.

Pump up as much as you can stand. Measure back from the end of your penis. 23cm is basically 9 1/4". That should give you some kind of idea where you be after a long recovery.
