If you’re experiencing difficulty with orgasm after two years, it might be possible that your nerves could be permanently damaged or not recovering. During surgery, it’s rare but possible for nerves to be accidentally damaged or stretched. If you haven’t reached the two-year mark yet, please be patient. Some of us are slow healers.

Common issue among implanted people especially for the first many months. Generally gets better as time goes. Did you have problems prior to implant? It’s a common problem as we age even if your not implanted so there’s that fact.

I haven't been able to finish without external stimulation since my 1st surgery (even after 1.5 years). I got a 2nd opinion, and they said sensory nerves may have been stretched inadvertently during the surgery, and it can happen to some even in very experienced hands, which can interrupt the orgasm/ejaculatory reflex.

The upside (sugar-coated version lol) is I can last as long as I want, and she can have multiple orgasms. Before surgery, I would usually ejaculate in under 10 minutes.

Lasthope,
that's a good point, to focus on the girls having multiple orgasms. I am also able to control my orgasm very long, however when she gets multiple ogasms, it stimulates me also very much to the point I ejaculate.

My surgeon explained that surgery doesn't change your baseline sensitivity. Any issues with sensation afterward are usually just a matter of brain wiring.

What do you mean by brain wiring?
