Eid bionic brothers. Early Cyling. Your assistance.

Postby Lawrence13 » Sat Apr 18, 2026 12:25 pm

I’m day 4 post 24cm Titan implant. I’ve completed 3 rounds of cycling in hot baths. Pumping up I’m starting to get down. Deflation is an utter nightmare. I squeeze the shaft and push down like Tim Oakes showed me but I absolutely cannot tell if I’ve fully deflated it or not. I try the half pump to lock the valve after. Just impossible to tell if it’s auto inflating

Bottom line this thing is stiff as a board. Only time I can find any comfort is laying down with it pointed straight up against my stomach. Trying to get it to hang is utterly futile. I’m seeing Eid and Oakes Monday for another round of training.

My number 1 concern is doing something wrong and damaging the equipment so early in the process. Like scar tissue forming on resivor .

The pain is my least concern. I dgaf about pain. I will endure any amount of pain necessary to make this work out.

So basically any thoughts from my early cycling Titan bros about where I’m at. Tips, your experience, mindset, how things changed ….. anything much appreciated.

Where you're at is totally normal. You're SOOO early in this process. Many doctors don't start cycling for a week or 4! Yes it is super stiff and will be for a while. It takes many full, full cycles to get it to really start softening up.. but it will Trust us. Took mine about 3-4 months to really, noticeably soften up. Deflation was the toughest part for me too. Had to squeeze the hell out of it and it hurt like a bitch. It.. will.. get.. better.

I'm a bit over a year now and deflation and inflation are all easy and quick now. My flaccid is much softer and looks natural now.. but big :D

Congrats to ending your ED!!

Thanks for the response man. Should I cycle more than once a day.

At this point, I would say "no" to more than once a day cycling. There is really nothing to gain by being aggressive so early, and you are likely to cause a lot more pain. I tried to go to far too early, with worry about scar tissue forming, and it started to hurt so bad I had to call Eid's office. Tim told me to back off and just skip cycling for a few days - it wouldn't affect anything healing. So, don't overdo it and you'll be fine.

Also, it takes awhile to get good at deflating the classic pump. I have found that the deflate bar seems to have a "sweet spot" that, once I find it, deflates much easier.

Lawrence-
You seem so far ahead of me now. But that’s OK, I’m older and walk at a slower pace anyway. I don’t go in for my first inflation and cycling training until Tuesday. And I don’t know when I’ll get a bath, but I did get a shower. So, you run along ahead and I’ll do my best to keep up. Things are progressing just fine in Georgia.

Yea I think I went to hard these first two sessions and have caused my self pain and panic. I don’t know how to deflate correctly and the way it’s squished hurts no matter what cause the dog ear.

Btw were you shorter length wise right after surgery? Did you gain girth?
