Trimix length and girth vs, Titan implant

Within the past 3 months I've seen two different implant surgeons. I asked both doctors if there would be any length or girth difference between a trimix erection or a Titan implant. The first doctor said that I would experience less length and girth with the Titan implant compared to trimix injections.

The second implant doctor stated that is totally not true. I would like to know what others have experienced.

If all goes well, I'll get a Coloplast Titan implant in June.

My Titan implant gives me the same length I started with (using Trimix), and slightly less girth. But I was already at 6.5” girth so if you’re not that big around there might be no change.

I'm down about a half inch in length & girth from a bimix induced erection measurement I took the week of surgery. Overall happy for sure but wouldn't mind getting the little bit of girth back. I guess I should mention Ive only measured post surgery without excitement. I notice it's more round & thus possibly more girthy when engorgement kicks in but idk if it translates to more or not

I’ve noticed that if I inflate it too much where it’s rock hard, my CS doesn’t expand as much as if its at 90% or whatever. Obviously it’s pinching off the internal arteries a little at full inflation. Hopefully this changes with cycling over time. I can usually measure better girth at 50-60% implant inflation than at [as close to 100% as possible] because of the soft tissue.
