Hello, Gentlemen,
I'm going to be getting the implant later this year, and I wanted to see if anyone could share their experience with an implant when your penis is not that large. I've had severe ED for 3 years now, and back when I was still able to get erections, I was about 5.5 inches when hard. Needless to say, I'm definitely smaller when flaccid. Not something I'm proud of, but such is life! Does having a smaller penis create any issues when getting an implant? I've read a lot about loss of length after the implant, and this worries me as I'm not working with a lot as it is. I would love to hear about other people's experience with this. Thank you!!!!

I'm in similar situation. From what I understand you would lose some length immediately post-op, but with all implants most of the time you'd would gain it back once you begin cycling, and should gain it back and then some with LGX. No guarantees of course but nothing is ever you know.

Agree here. VED as much as possible and insist on the LGX and that the surgeon size aggressively. Make sure he knows you have atrophy. They are instructed to undersize LGX by a bit because it's just so drastic of a difference, but if your surgeon knows you have a lot to make up for in recent losses (meaning you are more likely to gain back length) he might make it happen for you. Dr. Hakky is probably the best for this. He has no problem catering to guys who want size.
