Flaccid penis with a Titan Touch implant

Hello brothers. I’m returning to the forum regarding some doubts about my Coloplast Titan Touch implant.

I must be doing something wrong with my deflation technique. When I pump it up to a full erection, there are no issues. However, when I open the valve to deflate the cylinders, they empty only to a certain point and then stop. After walking for a few minutes, some of the fluid seems to return to the cylinders (autoinflation).

I suspect I don't know how to properly drain the fluid beyond the base of the penis. I know the prosthesis itself is fine because my doctor was able to achieve a much deeper deflation. I’ve attached two images: one showing how the doctor deflated the cylinders and another showing my own results.

I’m not sure where I’m failing. I open the valve, squeeze the penis with a towel, and it deflates partially. Then, I continue sliding my hand down to the base in a 'milking' motion. I even rotate my hand and apply pressure toward the base and further inward to try and reach the internal part of the cylinders.

I don't know what else to do to get it as flaccid as the doctor did (I’ve been practicing the inflation/deflation cycles for two weeks now). Any advice would be greatly welcome. Greetings from Spain

Very common with the Titan. After completely deflating, give it a quick pump to block the valve
