My surgery after 3 M how to prepare?

I’m 26y have done 4 plication surgeries so have some scar tissue. Gonna do coloplast titan how to minimize the length loss since I’m already average 13 cm.I’m taking daily tadalafil 5 mg. How and how long using ved and traction daily. If there’s any other tips plz share
