Simple answer.... maybe a little, it varies.
But take into consider the trade off.

You now have a penis that you could stand naked in a field and
hang your laundry off... for 10 hours- if you wish.
And for those dudes who obsess constantly about their desire to smash in
a women's cervix.....

I've got FAR more response out of my wife by taking on the head of my rock hard
penis and doing circles on her clitoris than I ever did by trying to dislodge her
uterus.
A couple of times she came so hard so fell asleep, and this was just foreplay
No penetration whatsoever.

YOU have the same power I have now.
This implant has actually taught me things... When your erection
is as reliable and hard working as a Tokyo Subway you have plenty of time
to explore the outside of her vagina as well as the inside.

Guys, we're brothers in here. So we can talk directly to each other care and

Of course nobody wants to end ups with a micro-penis.

Love the topic. I’m a guy who has always had a smaller dick - even BEFORE implant. Post implant, I’ve only lost very marginal size and landed at 4.5 inches length, 4.75 inches girth. I don’t expect to get any size back because I’m an MPP implantee.

Do I wish I was more average in length and girth? OF COURSE. But the thing I really have realized is the idea that with the implant, you can lean into all the advantages of a rock solid erection, focus on pleasure and staying in the moment, and just ENJOY sex and experimentation.

It was that theory that led me to say, “yes, I’m going to get the implant, potential size loss be damned”. I haven’t had the opportunity to test the theory out in the field yet, as I’m only approaching Week 3 of healing. But man, I can’t wait to see what my little unit is capable of now that I’m supercharged
