I have seen hundreds of pictures or videos result of penile implant on reddit, franktalk or porn website.
I have not seen a single one result that i would consider ''magnum'' size, so i have come to believe it just does not exist.
anyone have any pictures or video of implanted porn actors who still have a 7-8inch+ size ?
