I have an IPP and used a pump before and after my implant.
Prior to the implant, I got insane girth. After, pumping gives little to no change.
I’ve read that Perito thought pumping post implant would help and Eid told me it isn’t necessary but didn’t discourage me.

Ask your doctor if you have any concerns.

I know that people are really divided about the efficacy and safety of using a VED when they're implanted. I just don't see how it can be safe. I used a VED prior to getting my malleable, but I wouldn't trust one of those things now.

There is zero risk with a malleable. The only thing that could happen is you gain so much length you need to go back and up-size your implant. Is that a fail?

With an IPP you risk damaging the tubing, but it can be done safely if you are careful. I use thick silicone pump pads, one behind the balls and the small one just on the shaft which keeps the cylinder itself well away from the pubic bone (and therefore away from the tubing.

I would say it's a fail because you essentially necessitated a completely avoidable revision surgery.

Do you use air or water pump? What pressure do you use? How long are pump sessions?

Right now mostly the bathmate so it’s by feel. If i airpump it’s usually 5-7inhg. Ill run up to 10 for bursts but usually you cant do more than 5 for longer periods without too much trauma.

I airpump with a CTC digital maximizer and do a 30 minute session at 3-5, remove cylinder and massage for 10 minutes and repeat for 30 minutes but use a manual pump at 2-3. Lower pressures protect tubing according to Perito.

Unfortunately if it’s too low all you get is a little edema and elasticity of the soft tissue means you aren’t training the tunica at all until a certain point. At 5 you get a little.

I believe your opinion that growth in girth is edema is incorrect. I can feel the tunica under in my shaft after a 30 minute pump session and expansion continues for hours. I have followed advice of pumpers who have vacuum pumped for 10-25 years with significant girth gains.
