Finding a doc: PNW

I am looking to see if anyone has a recommendation for a surgeon with a lot of successful experience here in the PNW. I am in the Seattle area, but Portland could work too. I'd rather be local in case something goes wrong rather than fly into Texas or Florida or wherever you guys seem to always be. :)
57 years old, artificial heart valve. TRT started May, 2020. ED/libido issues never fixed by TRT. Not super responsive to viagra/cialis. Started Trimix 2/2021. 20/7.5/.25 mix.
