Pump wont open even with extreme pressure

I am desperate now 11 weeks after surgery and pump wont open how hard I press. The bulb stays hard and no fluid is moving.
Otherwise everything is ok, now I ave to travel all the way to Paris so the Dr. can try to activate.
What can be the cause of it and can I do something. I have done the pulldown and the pump is easy to catch.

Did you receive any materials about your device at the time of implantation? For example, I received a wallet card stating that I have an implanted device, along with a phone number for the Surgical Support Department.

My dr has a very competent assistant that I can email. She usually replies within 1 day unless she is in surgery with the dr. Any chance that your dr has such an assistant?

Have you tried in a hot shower or bath getting everything very pliable, then do a fast hard squeeze on the pump, hopefully that will work.
