I haven't decided which device to get... surgery in a few days!! Help!!

My surgeon decided which device I got, the Titan. I think there are many factors docs use to decide, things like your age, weight, penile size and medical history. Some surgeons prefer one vs the other, which means more experience installing their preferred device. Is your surgeon giving you the choice? Can't help you decide, but can only say my Titan has been wonderful.

I wanted, and got a titan with classic pump. At the time I received mine there was a lot of issues with the one touch so I went with the classic. As for titan over AMS. I want the possibility of more girth which I got. My girth is now about 1/4” more at base and mid shaft than it ever was prior to implant. I wanted the most rigid of the two also. Later realized that both will definitely give you more than you were ever able to achieve naturally. At first as expected the cylinders were very firm and had dog ears that were very uncomfortable for several months then just seemed to not bother me anymore. If I completely deflate the dod ears are still there but are unnoticeable to the eye but can be felt… but only if completely deflated to the point of flat cylinders. I generally put 3-5 pumps in after totally deflating which give me a very natural looking and very natural feeling round slightly firm dick. I would guess upon revision if a Dr could guarantee me I could get all my girth back and length with an AMS I would be willing to give one a try! I obsessed a lot prior to surgery but after a few years of reading on here and tons of research I’ve concluded that either brand would be a great choice! I probably overthought it a bunch. With the exception of having pyronies(I didn’t) and needing the xtra digit of a titan I feel either one would have been a great choice. If the Dr I was using thought with one would be a better implant for me I would have to trust that he would be right. Good luck with whatever you go with.

I decided to go with the AMS LGX. What I wanted was the most natural feeling when flaccid. After all, your dick will be flaccid 99% of the time so you might as well be comfortable. I am very happy with my choice. When flaccid the the LGX will shrink back approximately 1 inch. When it's pumped to the max it gets rock hard and regains it's size. I have read many complaints on here how the Titan feels like plastic and has painful dog ears when flaccid. I have none of that. It's your choice, Good Luck!

My LGX was 18.5cm with rear tip extenders. After cycling my flaccid length is right around 5" and when pumped to the max, almost 6 1/4 " bone pressed.

Are dog ears a problem for the women you're having sex with? Will they notice or complain about it?

Unless you have extremely thin natural tissue the kink in the bend is not noticeable. My CC is probably thicker than usual because it never actually dog-eared it just felt weird, sort of a whole "crunchy" area where the implant is bent... at least based on my not-so-broken-in implant, but a date would have to be extremely focused on palpating the whole dick and evaluating it's consistency to notice much of anything.

To be honest, I personally prefer carrying nearly as much flaccid length as erect. It can be confidence-supporting. It can definitely be somewhat uncomfortable in pants, but that aspect diminishes quickly with cycling progress and time.

As I understand it, the surgeon decides. If youre larger, girthier, Titan is the preference.

I was in your shoes. My doctor installs both IPPs and i really couldn't decide, so i deferred to him.

Upon hearing that my sex life was typically very vigorous he said the Titan would be the recommended option. he mentioned that the classic pump, though it is the "squeaker" of pumps, had a proven history of reliability.

I'm not that large, just under 6". It's perfect.

Though, as Dr. Clavell says, there really is no "wrong" choice. Ferrari vs Lamborghini.....take your pick.

When I got my implant I knew nothing about them except the fact it would allow me to have erections again. I had yet to find Frank Talk. I didn't know there was more than one manufacturer. And stupid me did very little research on them before my surgery date. However, the Titan has been great, reliable, easy to inflate, and all my sensations are as good as my younger days.

I want to add, if you're girthier with a regular or former size 5.5" or higher, you definitely want the Titan. My experience and that confirmed by about everyone afaik is 5.5" is the max girth AMS 700 LGX supports. The CX does support more. And the Titan does too.
