Overeducated buttoned up professional

Postby RigiconDownUnder » Sun Dec 21, 2025 6:43 pm

Hi bionic family,

I was originally dead set on Rigicon Infla Pulse DIPP due to my surgeon's preference. I'm seriously reconsidering whether to go for the Titan, AMS 700 CX or Rigicon Infla Pulse DIPP. I'm an overeducated buttoned-up professional, and I fear that the length expanding Rigicon Infla Pulse DIPP might be visible with a bulge on my suit when I attend executive meetings.

Which implant best suits overeducated buttoned up professional environments?

It sounds like AMS 700 might be the better choice. Many members here say that it has the greatest flaccid, while the Titan offers the greatest erection but a suboptimal flaccid state. Any thoughts on this would be highly appreciated.

Does surgical technique affect how the implant is concealed in a suit? Will Rigicon's Phantom technique cause more bulge compared to Titan/AMS's penoscrotal techniques?
T1 Diabetes. Progressive ED after a motorcycle accident. Rezūm therapy for enlarged prostate. On Trimix. Scheduled for Rigicon Infla10 Pulse DIPP.

You will be fine with either a AMS or a Titan, I have had both, you will be able to conceal after you have healed and are use to using it. Can't tell you about Rigicon, I haven't had that one yet, hope the AMS lasts. Good luck and don't over think it, most men are aware of this issue but you adapt.

Hey mate. I’ve had both Rigicon models. The AX (length expanding) model is pretty much the same size flaccid as it was pre-op. I definitely haven’t had any issues with concealing it.

All of them can be concealed adequately.

The selection of the model/make should be made in conjunction with your surgeon based on your anatomy.

If you have a larger girth the Titan or AMS CX is more likely to retain more of your girth. If you have a long penis the same is true.

I’m not familiar with the Rigicon products but narrow down the list of surgeons available, have consultations with them, and I’m guessing it will become clear what the best path is.

I’ve had my titan 3-1/2 years. At first you feel like you’re showing to everyone!!! Truthfully you’re probably not showing any more than any other guy that is average that has a shower. Tighter fitting undies help but get uncomfortable in the first many months. I never consider or think about if I’m showing the last several years but if I actually get in front of a mirror it probably shows as much as it used to the first year…… it’s just that my perspective changed. You get used to the new you and it becomes normal.

What a problem to have.
I think the only era you need to worry would be the first two months. I’m thinking a suit jacket would be adequate in keeping eyes off, as suit pants are quite baggy. If you don’t wear the jacket all the time as you stand turn 90 degrees while you put it on. Little tricks hide a lot. Practice.

I have a malleable that's hard in my pants all the time and I wear wool pants in the office and nobody notices ;). I'm in a job where my graduate degree and decade-plus of experience matters when talking to C-suite folks, in case that means anything.
