I love to give oral during foreplay, and I use that opportunity to pump up while she's distracted. 
Age 59. AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 2cm RTE.
Peniscrotal, 2/23.

When I’m going to hook up with a partner that doesn’t know I’m implanted I have a few pumps in before I arrive. As things are heating up I excuse myself to use the bathroom briefly. Pump most of the way there. And then throughout foreplay I squeeze in a few more pumps.
