Two questions regarding cycling and the supposed gains that come with it:
1) How does cycling help you gain length? If the cylinders are pushed into the edge of your glans and let's say cycling gets you an extra 2cm length; will the tips no longer sit near your glans? Will they sit further down your shaft? I thought the cylinders were a fixed length so how do they actually grow longer if they are a fixed length?
2) Is there anyone here that has not gained any size from cycling?

An implant is not a penis enlargement (many of us wish it was!
All IPPs are made of some type of elastic material, whether they are a fixed length/girth or claim to expand. Your surgeon would have sized you to take into account your natural maximum dimensions as measured by him, and the type of implant you have. After surgery there is a lot of trauma to your body that can often cause your penis to lose size and look unnatural temporarily. Even a "fixed size" implant usually won't be fully expanded initially. With healing and regular cycling most guys seem to eventually get back their pre op length and girth, sometimes back to pre ED size. Some implants do claim expansion but that will only work if you stretch the tunica albuginea tissue inside the penis back to its original size, which is a fixed size in all of us. Cycling is usually the way to do that post surgery, but it can only stretch to the maximum size you ever were in your life, regardless of how large or elastic the implant cylinders are. And if the cylinders are oversized it can actually cause erosion. Hence the importance of "right-sizing" the implant. Over time with regular cycling my cylinder tips have become much deeper into the glans when I'm erect. They are now very far in, which helps greatly for PIV sexual performance as my glans is quite rigid even without further engorgement.

I'm taking this to mean restored original size. I haven't "gained size" but I have restored my pre ED size through a combination of things:
- Using a VED daily before surgery to reverse the effects of penile size loss/atrophy caused by ED.
- Using a VED daily before surgery to stretch the penile tissue and help allow implantation of the largest sized cylinders suitable for my anatomy.
- Making sure my surgeon fully understood my goal of size restoration, and jointly deciding on the best implant to achieve that.
- Cycling frequently post op (sometimes aggressively) to hopefully achieve the best outcome.
